Wonjoon Lee

MD student at Seoul National University College of Medicine. I enjoy exploring how mathematics, physics, and computation can help us understand complex biological systems such as the brain and disease. In the long term, I am interested in understanding the fundamental principles that govern living systems. In particular, I am curious about how biological systems organize and process information and energy across time, and how these processes give rise to higher-level functions such as cognition and memory, as well as disease progression. I hope to explore these questions by combining computational modeling, AI, and insights from physics to better understand the structure and dynamics of biological systems.
